WAYSCloud exists because we believe infrastructure should be something you understand, control, and can move away from if you choose to. That is not how most of the cloud market works today. We decided to build differently.
Most cloud infrastructure is designed to make leaving expensive and understanding the system optional. Pricing is layered behind calculators. Architecture decisions are hidden behind managed abstractions. And the longer you stay, the harder it becomes to move.
We started WAYSCloud because we kept running into the same problem: teams that wanted to run infrastructure in Europe, on their terms, without having to accept that control and simplicity were somehow incompatible with scale.
So we made transparency a design requirement, not a value statement. Documentation is part of the product. Pricing is visible. Egress is free. And every service we build has an API that does exactly what the documentation says it does.
WAYSCloud is not a collection of services sold separately. It is a single platform where infrastructure, data, runtime, and APIs are designed to work together — managed from one account, one dashboard, one API surface.
Virtual machines, app containers, and web hosting. Full root access. Deploy in minutes, scale without surprises.
S3-compatible object storage, managed PostgreSQL and MariaDB, Redis caching. All encrypted at rest, all in Europe.
LLM inference, image generation, speech transcription, and chatbot APIs. EU-hosted. Per-use billing. No data leaves Europe.
Authoritative DNS with DNSSEC, threat filtering, and IP intelligence. Running on Nordic anycast infrastructure.
SMS, OTP verification, and managed live streaming. API-driven, built for integration into production systems.
Device management over MQTT, telemetry, alarm rules, and global SIM cards in 180+ countries.
Every service uses open standards where they exist. S3-compatible storage, standard Kubernetes, documented REST APIs. Zero egress fees. If you decide to leave, nothing stops you.
The platform is built on proven open-source components. We contribute where we can and avoid proprietary layers that create hidden dependency.
Pricing is public. Incidents are documented. Service changes are communicated before they happen. We treat operational transparency as a product feature, not a PR exercise.
WAYSCloud is a Norwegian company operating under European law. Data stays in Europe. Decisions are made in Europe. There is no parent company in another jurisdiction.
We do not ask you to trust us based on a landing page. We publish evidence.
Operational reports, compliance documentation, and security practices — published and maintained.
When things go wrong, we explain what happened and what changed.
View reports →Estimated energy usage and CO₂ emissions across all services — based on real usage data, not offsets.
We map infrastructure usage to energy models and regional grid intensity, with per-service breakdowns, efficiency signals, and confidence scores.
This is operational visibility — applied to energy.
See methodology →Every API, every service, every integration — documented and versioned.
We publish examples, request/response formats, and expected behavior. If it is not documented, it is not complete.
Documentation is part of the product — not an afterthought.
Browse docs →Real-time availability monitoring for every service — public and continuously updated.
We expose uptime, incidents, and degradation across all services in real time. No login required, no filtering.
If something is degraded, you see it immediately.
Check status →That is what we are building — and we are just getting started.
