Analytics cookies are disabled. WAYSCloud’s analytics configuration does not set analytics cookies, does not create persistent visitor profiles, and does not track users across websites.

IP addresses are anonymized at the server before storage — the last two octets are removed, leaving only the network segment. User IDs and order IDs are pseudonymized via a salted hash. Geolocation lookups are performed on the already-anonymized IP, so we never store data more precise than the anonymized address allows.
Raw visitor logs are retained for 90 days. Aggregated reports are retained for 13 months.
This allows WAYSCloud to improve its services while maintaining user privacy.
WAYSCloud does not use third-party analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
Some WAYSCloud services use interactive maps or geospatial visualizations, for example for server overviews, infrastructure visibility, or security-related features.
WAYSCloud uses privacy-conscious mapping components designed without telemetry or user tracking.
Map functionality may involve requests to MapTiler, a Switzerland-based provider, for map tiles and related resources. These requests are necessary to render maps and may include the user’s IP address as part of standard network communication.
WAYSCloud does not use mapping services that rely on user tracking, persistent identifiers, or local storage-based profiling mechanisms.
No tracking identifiers, analytics cookies, or persistent client-side identifiers are used in connection with map functionality.
WAYSCloud does not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
Our websites do not include embedded third-party content that sets cookies, such as external video players, tracking widgets, or advertising scripts.
Web fonts are served from our own infrastructure (fonts.wayscloud.eu). We do not load fonts, scripts, or stylesheets from external content delivery networks such as Google Fonts.
Some functionality, such as map rendering, may involve external requests as described above, but these do not involve tracking cookies or profiling.
Because WAYSCloud only uses strictly necessary cookies, limited functional cookies, and cookieless analytics, no cookie consent banner is required.
